mourinho the 'not so special one'

so when is mourinho going to get fired? here we are without a trophy even looking possible and we are still lead to believe he is the special one? And my memory is not perfect but when he joined chelsea the first time he claimed that the champions league was his. and fair play the guy he won everything else in british football and successfully maintained the premier league trophy for 2 years in a row. and he went on to do well at inter milan before suddenly failing at real madrid, and yes there is no other way to describe it. he failed there. he never made it past the semi final of 'his tournament' and only won the league once.

last season at chelsea rafa benetiz, who is known as the spanish waiter and chelsea fans back then had other nicknames for him in which i am not going to put on the internet. he was given the team after 6 matches without a win and the team was looking very poor, he stepped in with the task of securing champions league football. he went past that and came 2nd and won the europa cup. but he was made to step a side for the special one to replace him.

so now lets recap on this season. well their football style has been boring with no flare on excitement, they look like their about to come in 3rd. they havent won anything and were thoroughly beaten when faced with strong opposition like atletico.

now you're thinking he didnt fail at real madrid, he did amazing, right? if you have a team with ronaldo, ozil, di maria, benzema, xabi alonso, marcelo, sergio ramos and you do not challange until the final day of the season for the title or win the champions league then you have failed because im sure i could set my 8 year old brother up with that squad and they would compete better.

so in conclusion mourinho relies on controverial moments and the media to make him stand out, he is not a great manager, he is an average manager with a great team. chelsea may win the capital one cup next year and then maybe even compete for the FA cup but i see him stumbling at the first hurdle as players and the public start to question him and as hazard has already done.
